We require 48 working hours notice for repeat prescriptions. 

Requests can be emailed to nhsnwl.medication.oxforddrive@nhs.net with full patient details including your full address, contact number and medication details. Requests can also be put in writing or by ticking the items required on the counterfoil and leaving it in the marked box in the porch.

Most prescriptions are sent electronically to your chosen chemist.

Some local chemists offer a delivery service to patients who are unable to collect.

We regret we cannot take the requests over the telephone. 

Occasionally those on regular  medication  may be  asked  to  come  in for a check before the prescription is issued.
