Clinic Hours

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 11:00       16:00 – 18:00

Extended Hours

This is a service provided at local Hubs where we can provide you with an even wider range of extended hour appointments than before (evening and weekends). You can see a Doctor/Nurse by appointments similar to that at the surgery.

When We Are Closed

In case of emergency please call the usual surgery numbers.  A recorded message will advise how to contact a Doctor.  Please listen to the whole message.  You may be asked to attend a health care centre rather than be visited.  It is important to try and attend if possible as visiting Doctors can be delayed in genuine emergencies if they are over-stretched.  The nearest Accident and Emergency Departments are:

  • Northwick Park Hospital Tel. 020 8864 3232
  • Hillingdon Hospital Tel 01895 238282

Minor Injuries

The Minor Injuries Unit at Mount Vernon Hospital is led by a team of Nurse Practitioners and is open between 9.00am and 8.00pm every day except for Christmas Day for cuts, sprains, bruises, burns, stings, bites, broken bones, eye problems, removal of foreign bodies from eyes, ears and nose. Unfortunately children under the age of 7 years cannot be treated at the Minor Injuries Unit.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
